Francis started Asesoría Grande because he saw talented players going unnoticed — not for lack of ability, but for lack of representation. As a FIBA-licensed agent, he negotiates and closes contracts with clubs across Spain, Europe, and international leagues. He maintains direct relationships with club directors, coaches, and scouts to make sure each player lands in the right environment. Beyond deal-making, he drives the agency's overall direction — from player acquisition to brand positioning.
